On arrival and throughout our visit staff were not at all welcoming or helpful. We had drinks at the bar one evening and they didn’t understand our order and when corrected the lady that served us was so rude to us and started to slam the glasses. Breakfast was terrible and cold. The fact the bar and cafe closes early not helpful to those arriving late. Sunday everything g is closed by 6 in a hotel that’s bad service. Wouldn’t recommend another stay here.

More likely a 2 stars hotel than a 4. The room was very dirty (black marks in the pillow and bathroom) and not well maintained. The shower door was broken and everything else just old and damaged. It was also very noisy even with the windows closed, and we could hear whenever the people in the next door were using the sink or the toilet. The staff was polite. The position is nice but still at 30min by walk from the city centre.
